The Cool Cap. What is it? Well, let me put it this way: Ever had an awful headache, so you can’t hang out with your friends? Have you ever needed to stay cool on a hot day, but you want to remain the most fashionable person ever? Boy do I have a solution for you!! Introducing The Cool Cap! The Cool Cap is a tool created by yours truly, and it has already changed lives. No longer do you have to miss out on millions of inside jokes, only because you had to stay home with a headache! Not only will you not be a social outcast, but you will be the exact opposite! You will be Cool! Awesome! Amazing!!! The process of this commercial was difficult, yet fun and interesting. We ran into a few problems with the audio, but we did a voice over, and it was all good. And remember Hats Have Never Been Cooler!! Creating a business and advertising it is hard to do. But with my training in e-Communication in the eXplore9 program made it easier. I have...

LEGO

In class today, we did some teambuilding exercises. We had various instructions that led to awesome creations. PLOT TWIST!!!!!! Some didn’t have instructions, just pictures, others didn’t have the instructions in the right order, and in others, you couldn’t speak to your group members! It was tons of fun, and we made everything. It was a blast, and I totally feel connected to those people now! So What Worked? COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Nobody is a mind reader. If you aren’t speaking your thoughts, no one knows your ideas. What Didn’t Work? Assigning roles. I know that normally this works, but everyone just kinda jumped in. We had established jobs, but after awhile we just kinda ignored it. TEAMWORK IS AWESOME. No Seriously. People struggle to ask for help, but working with other people gets you that help that you need. It also puts a fun aspect in the project, because you get to connect with people and talk to them. However, you cant have teamwor...

MY (almost) DREAM HOUSE

Hey guys! I made a new animation through a really cool 3D modeling program called SketchUp. I’ve been using it for years (4 to be exact) and I love it. Not only is it free, but its pretty advanced. Its made by Google, so you know its awesome. (see http://www.sketchup.com for download) Ok, now that I’m done with my SketchUp rant, let me tell you about My (almost) Dream House. In a perfect world, it would be a tad bigger and my property a little larger. I would have fence surrounding the property, not just the house (it was getting frisky and lagging). Also, it would be beach side, but ya know… Anyways, I can’t take credit for everything. I downloaded the trees and the fences and the fountain and stuff, but the house was my idea and my craftsmanship. I hope you love it as much as I do!

My Chair

Hey Guys!!! Long time no see hahaha ok I’m done. In SketchUp today, I made a chair! Ya. Not too impressive, but I love it. I used a variety of tools to edit the legs of the chair, such as the Ruler, Rectangle tool, and the Follow Me tool. It was kinda hard! I put differents masks on the pieces, and I struggled getting the pattern to line up, so I improvised with dark gray. Also, I put a little design on the side of the chair. I love it!

Cat in the Hat

Hey Guys! I recently made a new Animation that I call Cat in the Hat. It’s about a cat that is walking around on a windy day and his hat blows away! Follow him on his  adventure to retrieve it!  I struggled a little bit in Keynote, the software we used, simply because it was a major transition from Illustrator to Keynote. The tools are very different and the abilities are different.  Thanks for your time, and i hope you like my little clip!
